At the beginning of the year, I started a diet which resulted in me losing about 15 pounds over the course of about 4 months. About mid-March (3 and a half months into the diet), my hair started shedding to the point that my bathroom drains would clog every time I washed my hair. I went to my dermatologist and she said that my hair was just in a shedding phase and that it would stop on its own after a few months. It is now August and my hair is still shedding the same amount as when it started. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how long did you hair shed and what did you do to help stop it.View Thread
