I've been dealing with those crazy bumps for years! I didn't have insurance at the time so I could never go see a dermatologist. Well now I'm working and have insurance, so I took a trip to the dermatologist and she said they were closed comedones. She prescribed me with tretinoin cream and a medical lotion. I have really oily skin so I told her I didn't use lotion, and it usually made me break out. I've been using both almost a year now and I see a drastic change. No more small bumps, but I did have some bad red scars from trying to poo them. That has cleared up a ton as well! Even when my time of the month comes around I don't get any type of breakout.
Sorry this is so long, I just want to help you guys in anyway possible!
