Dr Tareen, a native of Michigan, completed her undergraduate and medical studies at the University of Michigan, where she was Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha, respectively. While a resident at Columbia University, Dr Tareen won numerous awards and was published in the scientific literature, including the elite New England Journal of Medicine. Dr Tareen is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She was named to America's top cosmetic dermatologists in 2010.

As a busy dermatologist and mother, Dr Tareen believes in simple and practical approaches to achieve glowing and youthful skin.
