While a resident at Columbia University, Dr Tareen won numerous awards and was published in the scientific literature, including the elite New England Journal of Medicine. Dr Tareen is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She was named to America's top cosmetic dermatologists in 2010.
