This community board gets a lot of questions about shingles and WebMD has a Shingles Health Center for articles, slideshows, and videos to help to deal with this condition.
Shingles are painful skin blisters that are caused by the same herpes zoster virus that causes chicken pox. So if you have shingles you will want to stay away from anyone who hasn't had chickenpox when you are contagious.
If you are dealing with post-herpetic neuralgia or If you have questions about the shingles vaccine please talk to your doctor.
These articles can be helpful before your visit:
Shingles - Treatment Overview
Shingles - Other Treatment
Shingles Vaccine
This older Family Webicine blog entry
Shingles by any other name is still Herpes
by Dr Rod Moser may also be useful.
WebMD also has a Pain Management Community
and a Pain Management Health Center for more help.

I'm sorry but it's not possible for anyone to be diagnosed or treated over the internet. What you can do is to use the Symptom Checker tool to pull up WebMD articles that may be relevant to your questions.
We also have a Parenting Community board for more help with your questions. Your daughter may find our Parenting: 1-Year-Olds Community a great place to visit for moms with young children.

Our Eczema Health Center may be the place to start to look up articles about eczema. Try also using the search terms "dyshidrotic eczema " to see if those articles are helpful too.
You may want to get a copy of your medical report in order to keyword search it.
I'm sorry that our WebMD health professionals can't diagnose or second guess any diagnosis and they can't offer second opinions either. You may want to visit a dermatologist for help if you haven't already.
Take care!
