I sleep like you do and have for about 43 yrs. There are several things I do, but NOT all at once. I take Melatonin, I excersise more during the day. I sometimes take something for my arthitis. I eat better food. occassionally I take a sleeping pill. But not to often. . When I wake up and can't go back to sleep, I get up and read my BIBLE. for about an hour. Phiippians 4:13 says "I can do all things through CHRIST who strenghtens me". It works, but it has taken a long time to actually REALLY Believe. Sounds like you have tried a lot of stuff. Maybe now is the time to try OUR LORD JESUS. It also says what ever you ask, HE will give it to you. but only if it lines up with the Word of GOD. I will keep you schraderj4 in my PRAYERS, I know PRAY works. Two family members have been completely cured of cancer.View Thread
