I have fibro and have had trouble sleeping for years and years. However, I have found some relief by not sleeping in my bed but in my recliner. It takes some getting used to but I can sleep for 3-6 hrs instead of the 1-2 hrs I got in my bed. It's worth a try. Good LuckView Thread
