I have had this problem my whole life, even as a child.... going through countless nights of a lack of sleep. I have tried to exercise my legs, taken many different medications and so far i have only found one thing that knocks me out cold. Its something i have been against my whole life. Shortly before i go to bed, i smoke, i go outside and take a few puffs and go to bed and im out and its the only time of day that i smoke. Im not speaking of tobacco either. I have never in my life slept better. It may not be for everyone however, it has done wonders for me!View Thread
