Well, when I have a lack of sleep or find myself not falling asleep until the wee hours of the morning, I usually end up with my anxiety on high alert, which in turn makes me a pain to deal with. Weather can also affect me and make me seem as though I have gotten very little sleep. I dislike not being able to fall asleep, but when I have something comforting nearby (an old stuffed animal) or something familiar with me, then I can fall asleep without much problems.View Thread
