I like soft pillows that I can just flop into so I don't always have to see what I am doing, but if I want to read or watch tv on any given night, I'll always use the pillow as support on my back.
I use two pillows when sleeping, generally one. I have heard that sleeping with a pillow between your legs helps your lower back by aligning itself with the rest of the spine.
My favorite kind of sheets are the really high thread count cotton brands. They are soft and comfortable. I like having something soft when I sleep.
When I look at my bed, I never know what side I am sleeping on. I am always tossing and turning throughout the night. I usually start in one direction and end up with something looking like a doll with one of my legs flopping off the bed, or something goofy like that.View Thread
