I have sleep apnea (use a c-pap) and narcolepsy and cataplexy. i have been using Provigil for more than 2yrs. I have cut back the dose from 400mg per day to 100mg per day.
I don't take it every day because it begins to give me chest pressure, and actually makes me very tired like my head is in a fog.
Has anyone uses supplements for narcolepsy or other sleep disorders? I have read about the amino acid L-Tyrosine and some others.
