So...I can sleep fine and feel refreshed the next day even with 6 hours and it doesn't take much to wake me up. A soft alarm with a vibration and I'm up.
The problem I have is waking up during the night for any reason. My fiance will literally punch me with all her force and I sleep through it. She's yelled at me and forced the dog to jump on me and I still sleep through it. I think this probably had to do with the fact my college apartment bedroom window was right next to the dumpster and it made quite a racket when it was picked up at 6 AM so I learned to override it. Any ideas/thoughts on how to go to bed more receptive to waking up?View Thread
