When I was enduring similar issues, I was looking for anything to help but often neglecting the obvious. I was worried about what I was doing during the day rather than night, I sleep less now but the quality of my sleep is much improved. I couldnt afford a new bed so I decided to get a memory foam topper for it. It may not have been the best memory foam topper money could buy, it was just a cheap mattress topper but I think its symbolic impact but just as important as the physical effects as I demonstrated to myself that I WAS going to master this by making tangible changes to my life.
