I finally realized that my stress induces nightmares. A few years back, I was pregnant and I was having nightmares every night, like waking out of your sleep sweating and scared nightmares. I was under alot of stress and anxiety.
Things have been pretty good now for awhile. But lately, I been under alot stress and the past few nights I have been having nightmares again. Last night I dreamt my daughter whos almost 3 now, was a baby and had died. I woke up in tears and shaken up. So happy to find her snuggled right beside me. Sometime later in middle of the night I woke in bed to hear her crying and she had left the room to look for me. I am worried now that my stress and nightmares are affecting her View Thread
