My boyfriend, when sleeping, snores very loudly, so much so that I need to wear ear plugs (and even then it just softens it a bit). On top of that, within the last 6 - 8 months, he has taken to smacking himself on the butt/side, when he is laying on his side. Sometimes I can get him to roll over to stop, but other times not, and he will continue to do that off and on. It doesn't happen every night, but most nights and it is enough to be disruptive. It makes it very difficult to sleep.
Any ideas on what is going on? When he is awake and I tell him what he was doing, he says "really?" - he has no idea. Is this "normal" behavior? What can be done to stop it?View Thread
