I had RLS for years and was at a loss with dr's who could not find a "treatment" that would work. I stumbled upon a "treatment" that did work. it is with OTC supplements. Try 1000 mg of Evening Primrose Oil 2 tablets three times a day. Add to that 400 mg Magnesium Citrate in the morning, and evening. With your "Evening" Magnesium Citrate also take Potassium Citrate.
