Hi I'm a young adult and when I was young I had restless leg syndrome and insomnia to the point that I would go days without sleep. Now I stay active and eat right to make sure it doesn't disrupt my sleep. Lately it's been getting worse. I'll fall asleep 3am then wake up at 6 because my legs feel like I need to move around. Other nights I'll fall asleep just fine then won't wake up till the afternoon( missing my alarms and phone calls) I assume when this happens my body is catching up with the lack of sleep. What else can I do prevent staying up all night? I excercise, i have a comfy bed and orthopedic pillow, I have a fish tank because the sound is relaxing. I've tried a lot of different things already and they work for a while but it's never permanent .View Thread
