I am currently on Nicoderm CQ step 1 21mg over 24 hours. I use to smoke around 10-15 cigarettes however i think i am ready for step 2. I still have a lot of patches and think its a waste of money to just throw them away. I did some research and found that cutting the patch in half is not recommended since it will release all the nicotine at once. I came up with an idea to put a piece of plastic wrap on the middle of the patch so it is does not make contact with my skin. Is this alright to do? Has anyone tried anything like this? Will this actually lower the nicotine delivery? Thank you and hope to hear from someone soon!View Thread
