This is my second time quitting. I am almost 22 years old. The last time I quit was for 11 months. I've been smoking since I was 15. I am an avid yoga practitioner, and that helped me the first time around, so i'll be sure to integrate that into this time as well. I know my triggers, and I know what motivates me. I want to know what more I can do so that that this time, I quit for good. Any advice? Thanks in advance!View Thread
