have tried several times to quit smoking with no success. now i have two grandchildren that are being affected by my smoking. i tried about a month ago and quit about two weeks but was real jittery. you see i have a seizure disorder and my doctor says it is dangerous for me to quit cold turkey because i could go into a major seizure. he said to pick a day of the week and starting reducing my smoking by one or two cigs on that day. but that didnt work. then i got put in the hospital for a week and they used a patch while i was there and it worked. but now i am at a point where i really need to quit for my health and my family. please helpView Thread
