Well said, sherberri...... many would definitely agree with this fact. Going for long walks, listening to good music, deep breathing, persuing with favourite hobbies also get added to the list. Exercising, while delaying the cravings, also helps keeping off the weight gain because of smoking, makes you more confidant and generally keeps you motivated thru' the quit journey !!!View Thread
