After numerous attempts to stop smoking tobacco, including most of the available NRTs (except Chantix, which my doctor refused to prescribe due to the major risks), I was finally able to completely replace tobacco smoking with e-cigs. I started with 32mg/ml nic, but over the past two years I've slowly reduced the amount of nicotine needed to satisfy all cravings and keep me smoke-free. What a wonderful innovation! My doctor and cardiologist are extremely pleased, and so are my family members. What the WHO and the EU are thinking of with their bans and restrictions is beyond me. Thank God for meaningful research like this from true scientists like Dr. Farsalinos.View Thread
