I have been diagnosed with Inclusion Body Myositis which is affecting my quads, forearms and hand grip. My Biceps and Triceps have become weak to the point that there is very little muscle definition or much strength. My physician ( a Neuro Muscular expert) says this is not related to IBM but perhaps due to not working out. Up until a year ago I was actively employed at a nursery/garden center ( my retirement job) where I was using all my muscles regularly. I am looking to find out what exercises ,if any, I can do attempt that will help put some strength back into these muscles,. As it is now they are flabby and resemble those of a much older individual.View Thread
