I was at work and climbed up a rack to get something off the top shelf, I know I should have gotten a ladder but thought I could go up and get the item real quick and get back down.
Anyways, on the way back down, I stepped down from the second shelf and thought the floor was closer but when I did, I felt a small pop in my right shoulder and pain for a few seconds.
It has been two days and for the most part, It hasn't bothered me much - I can ride a bike, lift my arm up over my head, rotate the arm both ways hardly any pain at all. When I put my backpack on, I did feel some small pain in the right shoulder when I reached back to put the strap on.
I am wondering if it is something that will go away or if it is worth going to the doctor about - don't want to go to the doc if it is something small.
