I started lifting weights a week and a half ago and one of the excerises is deadlifts. I use very good form but, my right upper glute is REALLY sore. I don't get it - why? Why just the right side?
At this point, I'm going to lay off this particular excerise because it is causing too much pain. But, I really am confused as to why it is causing so much discomfort?
FYI - I have a high pain tolerance and for me to complain is rare.View Thread
