I am 16, and I've already had an arthroscopic knee surgery. I have been continuing to return to my doctor due to the knee pain I've been having, but I'm also noticing that theres a crunchy sound coming from my knee. It doesn't hurt unless I am putting pressure on it and it only happens when I'm bending it.
I would really love to get some help on what to do about this and if there are any exercises or anything at all really to help stop it?
