At 57 yrs I continue to work out and attempt to sprint while battling various reoccurring injuries. Mostly pulled muscles. Recently I was getting into the best sprint shape I'd been in in years and wasn't pulling muscles. For workouts I've been lifting, biking, swimming and running. I was suddenly faster than I'd been in years. The other day I raced an 18 yr old in a couple 40 yarders. And felt a new pain in the outside joint of my left knee. 2 days later during a running warm up I heard and felt a pop! I can walk but can't run. I'M realitivly sure it is LCL. Is the LCL likely to heal with rest?View Thread
