I am a surgeon who spends a lot of time on my feet and suffer from plantar fasciitis. The best remedy so far I discovered was featured at the Boston Marathon Expo and is a device called the Belle bodybuffer by a company called Bellecore. It is a random orbital oscillating device (looks like a car buffer) and was originally used to treat skin edema and cellulite but works great for muscle warm-up, sore tendons, and plantar fasciitis! I had a sore foot at he Expo and 2 minutes of buffing the bottom of my foot was like a miracle. I use it in the morning and my foot is almost completely better. It was little pricey but worth it.View Thread
