I went through ALL the treatments, physical therapy, steroid injections, different shoes, "the boot"...none of it worked. Then, I had a massage and the therapist told me of his suffering with PF. His trick was to take a tennis ball and three times a day stand on it, rolling it from the back to front of your foot. When you get to the sore spots, stop and wait. It hurts like hell as you do it. But, I could feel the relief beginning within the first 24 hours. It worked for me!View Thread
