2-3 days ago my mom had a stroke, She had a fall a month ago bumped her head, she is 70, other medical conditions, HBP, Doctor said no surgery at this point, too small of a bleed, She cant really talk, but is with it 60-70% and talks a lot of the time but I can't understand her. She opens her eyes half way and can recognize people, she might be doing some parroting in words, but is fisty and constantly asks to get up, calls people by name restless, wants up and restless.. I'm a wreck, I am wanting stats on people recovering from strokes like these what is typical for people with strokes, I know results and outcomes are different for everybody but any advice or insight would be appreciated.
