Under "official" diagnosis's from the "receipt" type thing my dr gives me every month it says:
(btw this is LAST months bc i cant find the one from this month at the moment)
-Goiter specified as simple("Multinodular Goiter")
-Anomolies of other Endocrine glands Congenital
-thyroglossal duct cyst(that dr said needs to come out surgically)
-nodule
-Fibromyalgia
-Visual Disturbances
-Vertigo
-ADD
-Reynauds Phenomenon
& this month I got some labs back:
-ANA: Positive
-RNP: High (1.1 so low side of high)
My TSH from June 2012 was 0.6 and now its 1.6
I dont have those labs here right now to tell u what the t3 & t4 were bc im in the middle of moving & everything is everywhere.
I had a horrible UTI last month that put me in the ER my WBC was 17,000! But that could just be a very very bad UTI. So prob not related to this thyroid mystery but figured id include it anyway.
When i drink(which is super rare bc it makes me feel HORIIBLE) even if i only have 2 beers, I feel bruised&sore all over my stomach the next day, hurts to the slightest touch). Idk if thats related or not but figured id include it anyway. I also get that bruised sore/feeling on my butt/tops of thighs/arms. Dr says "fibro pain" but idk. could be.
I have horrible PMS. I have been diagnosed w/PMDD. I am completely MISERABLE 2wks before my period. I turn into a completely different person. A raging psychopath & I cannot control it. I get even sicker/worsening of symptoms 2wks before my period comes. My periods come every 28-30 days like normal. BUT I will bleed for 2 days, then it will completely stop for a day, then come back for 3more days or so. Odd.
I feel super depressed all the time. I dont feel like talking or socializing most of the time bc i feel like i have to put up a "front" and act like im ok and happy and that is exhausting. I dont feel like im being a good mom like i want to be bc i am so sick all the time. and thats the worst thing about all this
I do what i can. But i am a singe mom so i need to be 100% and i dont feel like im even 60% these days
I get out of breath very easily. Going up a flight of stairs kills me, and it feels like i just ran a mile or 2 bc im so out of breath and my legs feel so weak & shaky.I am tired all the time. If i get woken up by an alarm or even my daughter, before im not ready to(like if i dont wake up on my own) I'm pretty much useless for the entire day and feel like im dying. I get weird hotflashes where it feels like my blood is boiling, sometimes ill start sweating but only my back, and back of my legs will become wet with sweat(and my chest/stomach). I am always dizzy, lethargic, tired to the CORE, cant think straight, super irritable. I just cant stand living like this. I need to figure out whats wrong ASAP. I already had ultrasound of thyroid done, labs, & just got thyroid scan so waiting on the results.
Btw it takes soo long to get in with specialists and i just switched insurance providers so i had an appt with an Endo but by the time it was a week before my appt, thats when provider switched and that endo didnt accept that provider. So my PCP is doing all of this. I have a rheumatologist also. He is the one who ordered the bloodwork to test for autoimmune diseases which i tested positive for, but he takes 6wks minimim to get into so i had that office send the results to my PCP and he just gave me a copy(his office is soo unorganized bc he just took on another drs patients so hes become SUPER busy now, but he knows me well and listens to me so along with the good comes the bad i guess). But its ok bc i stay on top of things and unlike other drs he lets me suggest things without getting his ego bruiView Thread
