Vybe--glad to hear that your daycare is doing so well. Extra money is always great
Good luck this month...hope you get your BFP!My update: CD # 29 for me. Used protection all month so I'm not expecting anything. AF should be here in the next few days. I'm supposed to call RE on day one to set up doing the cycle with letrozole...but instead I'm going to call the nurse and ask a bunch of questions about it (why he wants me to do it? what if I dont want to? Side effects? etc.) plus we will be out of town in a couple weeks so I will not be able to do the letrozole this month anyhow. I hope we can try on our own though this month...even if I dont get a BFP this month...I'm just tired of preventing!! Good luck everyone. Hope we have some good news this week from some of you

Perry, Britt & Ani: I hope you all get some answers soon
Sometimes I get some clear CM right before AF comes but they also say that can be caused by pregnancy too--the lining of the uterus thickening.View Thread
So, I tried to get on and post yesterday, but WebMD was not letting me find this community. I used to get it off the Pregnancy and parenting tab, then that went away so I'd just do a search and yesterday it was not finding this community (and I usually post at work shhhhh...so I cant put it on my favorites). Frustrating! Anyway...
Ani, Britt and Perry: so strange that you are all waiting so patiently with no answers. That is so weird that you all are late with no BFP! I hope you all get news soon and its good news!!
Basteach: Sending you O vibes. Good luck!
Vybe: Hoping everything is going well for you! I know you are not actively trying but I hope your business is working out as planned and that get everything you wish for

My update (and just a warning, its a long story..sorry) CD #24--I'm expecting about a 31 oe 32 day cycle based on when I think I noticed some O signs. Thought I'd be TTC again next cycle but heres the story: Went back to the RE, he has not really found much of an answer to the 3 m/c for me. He wants me to take extra folic acid and a baby aspirin every day. I started that. Then he wants me to use a fretility drug called Letrozole (Femara). Has anyone used this? I would love feedback since I felt like he shooed me out of his office before I could really understand everything. It is a breast cancer medication that causes birth defects if taken during pregnancy. However it can help women ovulate regularly and get pregnant if taken before getting pregnant. I'm not sure I like this but he says it is perfectly safe?! Plus I would be doing progesterone supposotories around and after ovulation and he would be monotoring my ovulation by ultrasound to give the medicine (letrozole) at the right time and not give it once pregnant--which would mean that I'd have to be in his office a few times right around ovulation--which is when we will be on vacation! So I cant do it this month! So do I prevent pregnancy another month (which is extremely upsetting)? Wait and take this drug? Or try on our own with the folic acid and baby aspirin and hope that is all it takes to get a sticky baby? I'm so furstrated and confused. I would love any feedback! Thanks for reading

Ani--Hope AF stays away!
Pray--Yay for Oing!! Sorry you didnt get any signs but hopefully you get lucky and this is your month. (and I saw your other post--I'm here for all the support you need if/when you schedule your HSG.
Britt--Hope your intuition is right and you are pregnant. I have used the Early Response tests in the past and they usually give me a clear positive pretty early on.
Perry-hope this is your month. Those caffine headaches are the worst! Hope you feel better soon and the 2WW flies by. (oh and from your post last week...I had never heard that the HSG test can actually help with fertility until you mentioned it and then I heard it again from someone else. Thanks for the positive tip
)My update:
CD #15 I guess..lose track since we are not actually trying this month. Go back for a follow up consultation next monday for the tests that I had this past monday and tues. but during the test he did breifly mention using a fertility drug (like clomid but not clomid) that would help the lining of my uterus--help me get pregnant and could help sustain a pregnancy. I'll find out more next Monday but it sounds like I could begin that next cycle
and we will be on vacation for my O days next cycle so that would be fun to get pregnant on vacation!View Thread
The weather here has been very hot and dry. Our grass is completely brown and ugly. But, I agree with Britt...so soon we will be complaining about snow.
Kristin--good luck at your appt. Hope the RE can help you.
Britt--hope AF stays away. KUP
Ani--good luck this month...some symptoms dont show up till later
Congrats on the weight loss as well. I gained some weight through these past two years of trying--some of it related to the pregnancies and most of it due to emotional eating afterward probably. A friend and I have been working out for a couple months now and I have not lost a pound! So, good for you. I'm totally jealous.Vybe--sorry if you got your hopes up and were disapointed...but who knows, maybe it was just too early to test and you'll get a BFP soon. Good luck!
My update: CD # 8 today. Had my HSG today. The test went really fast. She put the dye in and said "your tubes are open...ok we're done" and it was over. I guess thats it?? Maybe they'll tell me more at a follow up consultation or I'll get some more info at my sonohysterogram tomorrow?? If that was it, it seems a little pointless to me since we have been able to get pregnant just not stay pregnant--what does that have to do with my tubes? Oh well, next test tomorrow but I'm losing hope on ever getting an answer on the recurrent m/c. Not really supposed to be actively trying this month so its CD 8 but not really "waiting to ovulate" or anything.
Good luck to everyone.
PS Pray--I think you mentioned in another post that you were nervous about scheduling an HSG--it wasn't too bad. Just a little crampy and it was over in less than a minute. You are a strong woman..you can do it

Good luck!View Thread

Pray: I hope you ovulate soon! Are you guys doing any more IUI's? Best of luck!
Britt: hope it is IB...I've never had it so I cant give any advice, but hopefully that is what it is and you get your BFP!
My update: Today is my birthday so I took the day off work--yay! but Aunt flo thought she was invited to the party so its CD# 1 for me. Thats OK though...that means I'll call the RE later today and schedule the HSG and sono...something. Hoping to get some answers!! I have not heard anything about the bloodwork they did which makes me think that they did not find anything...they said they would call if anything was bad. We'll see. I'll probably ask when I call today.
Good luck to all...have a great week!View Thread
