So i fired my MD and found a new one last week. I went into see him today. He thinks i have PCOS and im not ovulating at all and the miscarriage was potentially not real. I would have only been 5 weeks and since the lines for 2 days in a row were faint hes not convinced. Also due to the fact my old MD wouldnt see me following it the miscariage, it was never proven i was preg. After all the heart ache yk. If thats true that was some un needed stress. I just dont know. I go may 8th for PCOS blood work and a pelvic ultrasound. Im just ready for answers. He says if the ovary has no follicle at that time i will be put on medication. And if it is in the ovary he is going to give me some type of injection? He also wants us to Do a sperm analysis. So hopefully this week or the next we can get that. I was just wonder if any of you ladys have PCOS and if so what should i expect? any advice is appreciated.View Thread
So i had 2 postive opks on cycle day 32 and 33. I'm now on CD 44 or 12DpostO. my cycle following my miscarriage was 46 days. so these ovulation days were right on. I have some signs of AF this evening. SUCKS! so far just light pink and brownish spotting only seen when i wipe Sorry TMI. i just wonder if there is any way possible this could be implantation?? I'm just trying to keep my hopes up yk... I had lots of craping and back ache at 7 and 8 days post ovulation. I was praying that was implantation. Now I'm not so sure. Its just such a big let down. I was so hopeful that this would be the month. Im also so tired of having such long cycles. Just knowing its going to be another month before i even ovulate again makes me so disappointed... The miscarriage in January has really changed my body.. looking for some hope... this day is a lot rougher.... hope to see more good news in the boards. Your replays keep me hopeful.View Thread
well this is cd28. still no positive opks or signs of o. Took a preg test this AM just needed to i guess even though i knew it would be neg. just discouraged. I have been testing with the opks 2 times daily almost all month! those things are sure pricey! If i count back from time of miscarriage to first period ( cd33) i may ovulate. Just seems strange to be so late. Just ready for my cycle to straighten out. An a positive opk would make me feel better. hoping i get good results this week. Me and the hubby have been following all rules with bbd every other day. just hope it works out soon! I really wanted to be preg an have a baby this year. This is the last month to be preg an have a baby in December. hope everything is going ok for all you ladies. Baby dust and lets pray for a good week. I think we all need it!View Thread
So as an update and further questions... AF was on Feb 26th I'm now CD 17. I have been take the digital OPKs twice a day to try and detect ovulation. I have yet to have had a positive or even other ovulation signs such as CM thats correct. I don't check temps. My miscarriage was on jan. 10th and it took 46 days before AF. This is the 1st cycle from AF. DO y'all think this may be a non ovulation month? I have never used OPKs before in the past? My MD seemed to think i would ovulate this month. My cycles used to be around 30 days... I just hope we find out were preg soon. Im also afraid that it will take another 40ish days before AF again and it pushes us back so far. I have progesterone and 81mg ASA tabs to take as soon as we get preg. But at this rate I'm just praying I'm ovulating. Have any of you lades used OPK's an not had any positives? I wondered if my levels were too low for detection? Thanks for all the advice and input! i read all your posts and comments! I have learned so much! Thanks!View Thread
So sorry for your loss!! I had a miscarriage with my first preg in january i was only 5 weeks along. It was also a natural miscarriage. My MD said keep trying. I did use the OPKs the 46 days of the miscarriage cycle. I never ovulated. AF finally came which was a relief!! i was so ready to try again and the 46 days set us back! I'm past AF and testing daily. No CM or O tests yet. Any day now it will happen i hope! good luck to you and keep trying. i was also given a script for progesterone and told to take that and 81 mg Aspirin as soon as i find out I'm preg. Studys show this can assist in prevention of recurrent miscarriage! Im hopeful and so ready to have a positive test! keep us posted! Baby dust!!!!View Thread
So i finally started my period on sunday. I seen the MD on monday. He gave me a script for progesterone and told me to take that with 81mg aspirin as soon as I'm preg again. So now I'm just praying i ovulate this month. He says i should ovulate. SO I'm gonna try the OPK's again. Has anyone ever uses the progesterone asa regimen before?
