I am so sorry things have been so tough. I agree with you usually we know our bodies better than anyone else. In particular when we are keeping track of everything from CM to temps to bding, all of the above. I think it makes you the expert on your body.
It's cold and icy here in Indiana, with another storm coming behind this one that is suppose to be even worse. I hope those of you also effected by this are staying warm and safe! While we are dealing with all this weather, how are you taking care of yourself this week?
I hope everyone had an good New Year, we spent ours with family. Playing games and enjoying each other. How did you spend yours?
Did you make any goals for yourself for 2011? Did any of them including doing something to help take care of yourself? Mine is the typical, eat healthier, try to exercise more, those sort of things. I just hope I get a bit of that done. What are you doing to take care of yourself in the New Year?
I am glad you got to spend the time with your sister and her family. I got to spend some time with my niece Sunday as well, her older brother was in the hospital so we watched her for a bit. It was nice to spend some quality time with her. Good for you regarding eating healthier. I think it's the season that makes us just eat whatever. Maybe you and I can help each other try to stay on the right path .
How was your weekend? What are your plans for the week? What are you doing to help take care of yourself this week?
Me, I plan to get myself back to the gym this week, it's been a while with traveling visiting family and other things. It's time to start going on a regular basis and I am going to make a plan to start doing that this week!
