But what I'm wondering is, does a higher amount of discharge during ovulation mean my chances are higher for getting pregnant? We want to start trying soon, and were thinking about trying sooner than we originally had planned just in case it take a few months, but now I'm wondering if we'll get pregnant the first time around because of how much discharge I have. In which case, I want to delay it a little bit.
Anyone know? I can't seem to find any answers at all about this on the internet.View Thread

I've read that some people experience a basal temperature drop right before ovulation. I took my temp this morning and it was almost a full degree lower than it has been. This is my first month charting temperatures, but wasn't expecting that much of a drop!
My question is, is this large drop normal (from 97.4 to 96.6)? What sort of drop is normal and is this indeed a sign I'm about to ovulate? The ovulation strips says I should be... How much time between the drop and ovulation do you think I have to...do the do?
Thanks!View Thread
I am hoping n praying for one since this is the last attempt hahahaha. I would be happy with a boy, but I would be head over heels with a girl!! Good luck to all who are also TTC!!View Thread
I don't think I ovulated this month, I took my ovulation tests starting the same day I always do and took them much longer than I normally do. I have been trying to get pregnant with my husband for 10 months now, and have been EXTREMELY regular every month. All the way down to knowing the time of day I get my period and what I feel physically when I am ovulating (maybe that's bizarre, but I do feel a light pain on a certain side every month).
Last month, my period was two days late, and very weird, but not light. It started very light, then went heavy, then stopped, and it only lasted two days. It's usually opposite, starting out heavy and then light and lasting around 4 days. Then, I am pretty sure I didn't ovulate, and now I am two days into being late on this period.
I took a pregnancy test yesterday and got a negative.
I'm probably jumping the gun, but... What should I do now?View Thread
My name is Cheri and I am in a bit of a predicament. I have always had a 28-day cycle, up until now. My period is a week late, and I have taken several pregnancy test, with all of them coming back negative.
Last month, I (for some reason) decided not to take the white inactive pills of my birth control, which set my period off a little. I went to speak with my pharmacist, and he told me that it should not have set it off as much as it did--that was this past Saturday.
So, my question is--could I still be pregnant, or could it be something else? After taking so many tests, could they be a "false negative?" Should I continue to worry? And, when should I consult my doctor?
Thanks, everyone!View Thread

I just got Mirena removed today! Another baby wasn't even on the radar until 2 weeks ago. I was surprised DH decided it was definately time when I mentioned I had sudden onset of baby fever.
We have a 6 yr old son and a 4 yr old daughter. Historically we have gotten pregnant very easily. So hopefully this round will be the same!View Thread
My bbs aren't sore or painful, they just itch... like crazy. Anyways, we'll see if this one maybe works. I'm hopeful. I really want my little girl so I can hopefully say I'm done. Hubby has banned me from more than 3 unless I get pregnant with twins in which case no more than 4! lol. Good luck to everyone ttc!View Thread
Any feedback is welcome.

Now, my husband and I have been trying for #3 for 9 months now. I know it might seem like nothing to some people, but I got pregnant with my girls very easily. My 2nd we got pregnant literally the first time we had sex after having our first. So after this long, I was poking around the internet, found out that low thyroid and/or Synthroid can cause infertility problems.
After my 2nd was born, I got Mirena in. I had it taken out In September last year because we decided to try for #3. So again, here I am looking to see if mirena can cause issues, I didn't have any problems with it, just heavy periods that didn't go away, removal was smooth, no problems, it wasn't dislodged anywhere and was still right where it should be.
Also, my hubby and I haven't been stressing out about it, we're kind of thinking, when it happens, it happens, but after so long I'm thinking, what if my meds or Mirena have something to do with it? We're healthy, I'm a bit overweight from the thyroid and having kids and whatnot, but I have no health problems otherwise.
Has anyone had issues with infertility from Mirena or hypothyroid meds??View Thread
