I have taken two rounds of DEPO (the shot). My last shot was December 11th. My husband and I plan on trying again for a second child as soon as it is ok! I have not been on the shot long enough to stop my period but it is now irregular.
This being said, is there anything I can do to... Encourage these hormones to vacate my system?
We plan on trying again in March because that is the time I would need another shot.
Any advice?View Thread
Taking prenatal early and standing on your head after sex helps! Also eating an apple and or banana everyday helps too! ( Old Native American tips from my grandmother. An apple for a girl banana for a boy. Good luck!!!)View Thread
I did the same until I was put on bed rest. Thought the yoga made me feel amazing!!!
Getting excited now! I can't wait to see my husband and start trying again! (He's in United States Army Basic Training) View Thread

Having some friends to talk to really helps. But just letting go and realizing its in nature's or, depending on your religious beliefs, God's hands. Just know that you are loved by your family no matter what happens!View Thread
