its good to hear that you are trying once again. i am really happy and hopeful for you. but you nailed my emotions right on the money.
my second beta came back at 193 which more than doubled in 48 hrs. they say i am 4 wks, 3 days, yet i dont feel much different. Apart from heavy breasts and cramping, i really dont have much of any other symptoms, which really scares me. i have another blood test on thursday to see if my levels go up still.
i know its still really early, which is why i am so afraid. at this point i dont even know what to believe. some moments i am happy but then some moments i think i shouldnt get my hopes high.
i am so glad that you are starting another cycle. the good things to remember are:
- you respond well to injectables
- you got pregnant the first time and everything came back normal, so there were no other problems
- also, you dh hubby did not give up and is willing to keep trying (i say this because sometimes my husband just wants to give up and its hard to convince him and keep myself going)
i really have faith that it'll happen again. just hang in there!
keep us updated!View Thread

So I took a first response early preg test on monday which would have been 13 days past the trigger shot and 11 days past ovulation. The test was positive. I called the doc office and they told me that it was still too early to do a blood test. I was told to wait till the 13th(tommorrow) and test again. Ofcource I tested today (15 days past the trigger and 13 days past ovulation). I used a first response test again and a clear blue digital. They were both positive. However, the line on the first response test did not get any darker. it wasnt any lighter, but not darker either.
i called my doc office again so we'll see if they send me for a test today or wait till tommorrow. I am so scared though because now i am convinced that if i am preg, its ectopic. reason i say that is because i've been having pretty moderate cramps. They are not there all the time, but every time i move and at night.
i know i should be more optimistic. i'll test again tommorrow. Hopefully its still positive and its not ectopic. wont know anything more until i do a blood test.
has anyone had an ectopic? what did it feel like?View Thread

hopefully it keeps going!View Thread
I asked the nurse about that. She kept saying that I WILL ovulate, that I will know that I ovulated. I told her i dont feel anything today. She said I will tommorrow and the day after. Its so frustrating to think that after all this, i might not even ovulate even though i had three mature follicles. I just wish i felt something. any indication that something was happening...
Has anyone expirienced this? any thoughts?
thanks...View Thread

i can test on the 13th or 14th. the HCG does make both an OPK and an HPT come up postive. I took 10,000 units and i've reading that it takes about 10 days for that to leave the body.
i still feel very crampy though...dont know what thats all about
thank you for thinking of me!View Thread

Cramping continues. it got worse on friday, sat and sun. i asked my doctor about HCG and her response was:
HCG always works as long as you take it.
So maybe i did ovulate!
Even if i dont get preg, right now just being able to ovulate is such a big deal because i went 14 months without ovulation
Progesterone suppositories are no fun though. They are mostly inconvinient. I am supposed to lie down 10-15 min after i use them, once in the morning and once at night. in the night its fine bc you just do it before you go to sleep, but in the morning i have to wake up a bit early, insert it, and then lay back down. since i am running late most mornings, its hard to take that 15 min. Plus it has a really waxy consistency and feel to it. So far though the side effects from them arent bad. when i take provera, i always get zits and hot flashes etc. with the suppositories i havent felt much, apart from the cramping and i dont know whats causing that.
i'll keep you guys posted! keep me in your prayers please!View Thread

i thank God and you guys for this board
