I was wondering if any of you had tried a progesterone cream before? If so, successes/failures? A coworker had mentioned this to me and I wanted to find out more.
Thanks!View Thread

Welcome! I think it varies per person if Metformin works for them. I've heard 3-4 months from some, and others it's been longer. It also takes a while for it to build up in your system. My Dr. prescribed me to take 500 once a day for a week and then work up to 1500 a day. My body didn't handle the 1500 well, and I could only take 1000. Keep us posted!View Thread

Today is week 3 of the acupuncture and no visible results still. My therapist recommended trying some supplements and herbs and cut down on wheat and sugary drinks. I'm willing to definitely give it a try, but it has been hard to just sit and wait. If I went back to the OBGYN and possibly a RE, at least I would feel like I would be doing something. However, I told myself I was going to give this my full attention for at least the 7 weeks that the acupuncture therapist says it typically involves. It's been a great experience so far though, one more month to go. Hopefully things will pick up.View Thread
