I started going to a chiropractor who is also a nutritionist. He met my husband, who has had type 1 for almost 26 years, and told us that his diabetes can be reversed by diet and he's seen it happen within 3 to 4 weeks. Every time I go in for an adjustment, he keeps trying to get my husband in to see him. I've told him I am skeptical and don't believe it can happen. I've only been going to him for a little over a month and considering stopping seeing him. Anybody else heard of this?View Thread
Thanks Cora and Anon123567 ; ) I didn't think so. I asked my PCP and he said the same thing. I talked to my husband about stopping going there and he said he thought it was a good idea too. The chiropractor also said my husband my have vertebrae problems and that once he starts his adjustments that the nerves going to his pancreas will start repairing itself and making insulin again!
