The yellowish thing you're seeing is sign of infection. You should rush for urine test immediately. Later take that report to urologist. To understand urine at your own isn't difficult. You can see standard readings from internet too.
Your penis is not shrinking. You're in deep anxiety and your penis is at its best flaccid state. Which I believe you didn't experienced before. So keep calm, don't panic. Just go to urologist.
The tip is just stop touching it, stop erections. And in case if your gf is the reason of "most of time" unwanted erections. For few weeks stop talking to her.View Thread
Here is what I do, I list things in my mind. One by one just think What happens to you, the feelings, pain anywhere, oversize or hard veins or lymph channels, how long you're noticing it, when it happened first, when it becomes worst, how erections are..
Why don't you take few pics to show him? Otherwise there are chances urologist will think you're over-thinker, over-conscious and there is nothing wrong. Or he can under-estimate your condition.
If he says its ok, nothing is wrong with you. Tell him that you've talked to a dozen of people on urology forum with same problem and its causing them trouble. It develops gradually and worsens later. So that he will come to know that he has no knowledge of it or will reconsider treating you.
One more thing. Does it happens to you too, when feeling irritation in dry glans and wired pressure or mild pain in penis, erections give you relief from penis pain and dryness?
I noticed that If I get erection for few seconds, the irritation in glans and that mild pain in penis goes away. I've started thinking its because of less blood supply in flaccid penis. And I feel the dry glans is because of less fluid supply from lymph channel. I'm not so sure. I might go through another color doppler for it.
I'm arranging a special on call visit with another urologist in another hospital. Charges would be little high, but I don't care about money. I'll update after it.
Also If you're uploading pics I'll also like to see. ThanksView Thread
@Counterso, Thank you for helping us. Gratitude can't be paid for your time.
You said that anti-inflammation don't work on lymph channels. Does it mean that it flows with blood only? Please can you do a favour. Because you've access to more than a dozen urologists. Please ask them about the medicines that are used for lymph channel blockage. I know there are medicines that are used for blocked underarm lymph nodes and other places. Would they work for penis' lymph channel too?
In my case. I daily wakup with erection and filled lymph channel. which becomes hard and visible like a swollen vein. (I showed the pic to urologist) Same thing happens in day time erections too. Longer the erection, more the size of lymph channel until it reaches the limit.
It takes approx 10-15 mins and lymph channels clears itself after penis becomes flaccid. And later the lymph channels becomes soft just like normal soft skin. Sorry I'm dragging it too much. I wanted to explain all this to doctor but he didn't listen to me.
So what do you think, It is blocked or narrowed lymph channel or sclerosis lymphangitis?
Plus in flaccid form, in daytime when I work. I feel strange sensation in penis glans. Which seems increasing when I use water to wash penis. My penis is always dried up with white dry skin.
I noted that when I get a couple of half or full erection in day. I feel comfort and that irritation/ mild pain goes away. Also dryness decreases too. Or sometimes I massage on penis glans to decrease the irritation. Not long massage but just for 2,3 seconds.
I feel that my lymph channel is narrowed and is not delivering enough fluid to my glans, because of which it is always itchy. And maybe because of that narrowness it becomes bulging and prominent. I never felt such hours long sensation in glans before this lymph channel problem.View Thread
Ok, I'm just back from urologist. Here is what happened.
I entered into room. He was on the phone. He ended the phone. I was about to start. He said wait a little, I'll to make a phone call. Took 10 mins atleast and made no calls. Instead smiled and said "Let me do sms instead". LOL
Anyway after his professional behaviour atlast I got chance to speak. It was my 2nd appointment with him. I waited for 3 weeks for this day.
I took 4 pictures to show him in peak times of prb. Told him about thrombosed dorsal vein, SL and a couple of hardened veins and prolong nighttime erections. He checked my blader and testis more than my penis. Yes thats what I went for. THE PENIS THING
He hardly gave me 10 mins for whole session. He concluded that everything is right. After that I showed him all four pics. Including the one with morning SL. It was clearly visible, even a blind man could see. But he said "its ok. This is how it use to be"
Later I tried to get some information. He got rude. He didn't explain even a single thing that I asked. Instead he stood up and raised hand to shake with me. Saying that "I can't teach you anatomy. You're not a doctor. I've to see other patients too".
I said, I acknowledge your knowledge thats why I'm back here after 3 months for this 2nd time, waited for 3 weeks after taking appointment for this day. What I want is little information. But he kept on talking rude. He kept on saying that I've told you there is nothing wrong. Why don't you understand.
It all happened in approx 10 mins. Anyway I've a juice written on my prescription. And a tablet, which I believe is a low dose pain killer just for making me go away and never come back.
And a color doppler ultrasound in case the mild pain persists. I told him that I already had two color dopplers. Its clear that urologists don't have any idea of such conditions. He didn't even watched my dorsal vein, lymph channel, Instead he just wrote color doppler, leaving the diagnoses for radiologist.
I already had two color dopplers. The first one led severe soreness in testicles and pain for 2 months.
This is what happens in color doppler. Radiolists aren't urologists. They check if blood vessels is having smooth blood flow. They have no idea of penis anatomy. I thing they couldn't see the thrombosis in dorsal vein. Or maybe its not there, my vein has become oversized permanently. For lymph channels I don't thing that ultrasound or color doppler will show anything.
Ultrasound is meant to see bigger things, I don't think it can see sclerosis. I've hardened channels, which that urologist could feel just by the touch of finger. But he didn't check. He really was super rude, I'm feeling more sick after visiting him. Just BAD doctor, who have no knowledge in depth, neither listens to patient nor provides information.
After all information is what patients pay for at first. If you don't get listened or don't get information required to understand the symptoms or causes. Whats the point of such specialist doctors.
In last sitting, which was about 3 months ago, He said I've 25 years of experience, so you can't tell me. In other words he forbid me to seek on internet. I told him that I searched at internet so I could better explain to you when visiting you. Surely he has 25 years of experience. He is old man. Don't understand the internet. I believe thats why he have no idea of SL and penile thrombosis. All the case about thrombosed dorsal vein I red on internet. Urologists gave high dose of anti-inflammation and aspirin for atleast one month and got good results. But I wasn't given any serious treatment by 4 urologists that I've visited so far. I've visited 2-3 times each of them so far. Which is approx 8 sessions in total so far.
Anyway I'm leaving this board for don't know how much time. I'll keep watching.View Thread
Prolong erections will make it worse. So just avoid prolong erections. Either they are nighttime or otherwise.
My problem has been progressive over the past 3 months. I noticed that prolong nighttime erections, which I got for atleast 1.5 month. For like 5- 6 hours continuously. Made it worse. I used to wakeup in the middle of night and walk around to make it normal. It always worked but right after sleeping, like after 2 mins, erection came back. I became mentally sick, strange headache, heavy eyes, constipation and backpain.
Although I recovered from that prolong erection thing about a month ago but physical conditions aren't good
Just mentioning. I stopped taking olive oil. And my nighttime prolong erection problem was solved. Now I get erections after half sleep. Approx 4, 5 hours after sleeping. And BTW I'd like to mention that I feel these are the prolong nighttime erections because of which I developed this SL problem
Yeah, I also has great respect for Counterso. He is trying to help people since 5 years. He replies. He delivers whatever the knowledge he has. I must admit he is better than the 4 urologists I visited. I don't know if he is urologist or just a dude who experienced and recovered from this thing. But I just want to say. Thanks
I'd like the add to what amplissimo said. Its morning here. I wokeup and I already had morning erection. I went to urinate and noticed big lymph channel, like daily. I thought that I should take pictures for urologist. (Yes this is what I'll do. Because when I rush to them. They see flat area and don't take it srsly) So I came in my room ASAP and took my cell. Pants down and there, my penis was "half flaccid" and that flooded lymph channel was slowly becoming normal in just 3, 4 mins. And approx after 10 mins. When my penis was in completely flaccid form. The lymph channel cleared too. So yes it works the same way as Counterso said.
I've noticed my penis in the middle of nights too. My experience says that lymph channel floods up in erection and longer the erection, more of it you'll notice. Its not connected to intercourse or masturbation. But can it increase due to friction or foreign irritation, in case of intercourse or masturbation, as Counterso says? Only those can tell who have been doing sex and noticing their penis regularly.
When it first happened to me it was small and for went away itself and didn't appear for three months. I thought it was healed. When it happened at the first time, at the same time I got thrombosis in my dorsal vein. I went to urologist. He asked me to refrain from sex and masturbation. I refrained. But after 4 months the SL appeared out of nowhere. I don't know what went wrong. Maybe It never healed or was small and unnoticeable. But it was there.
But prolong erections does make it bad, I do get prolong erections while sleeping, back in days I tried to control them. But you CANT control night time erections. If you wake up in the middle of night it will go away. And right at the moment when your try to sleep again, it happens again.
I don't know if its disagree to counterso but I don't think so that nothing goes in lymph channels. I've been reading about blocked lymph node problems in underarms. There are medicines that helps recovering from blocked lymph nodes. Then why not they will work in penis? I'm afraid that no urologist will write down such prescription. Because at first they don't see any problem. Don't know WHY. And secondly they wouldn't like to do experiment. Because they are ONLY doctors, not RESEACHER doctors.
Only people who have it can explain better. Not urologists. Because they have no idea how it feels having it. What psychological impact it leaves. Its not well-researched area. The reality is that urologists also rely on internet search results.View Thread
