It all started with pain in my testicular area, couldn't quite point out the exact location of the pain but it seemed to be below the testicle but not exactly by the epididymis. If I press my that area of my right testicle its excruciating pain. Also when I try to push something heavy with my left left I have pain in the scrotum below my testicle in the scrotum. Could be my groin muscles? If I lie on my side and try to lift my leg whichever side it may be I have trouble and pain lifting the leg opposite to the side I'm lying on. I cannot spread or press my knees in against resistance when my knees are bent.
Also my left testicle has another kind of pain. When I try put pressure on my penis sorta like trying to get an erection , I have a dull pain on the top of the left testicle. This pain has started recently. Also I've noticed a small roundish tiny lump on that testicle.
I am unable to train or run for long duration without experiencing dull pain while running and trouble while moving in bed while asleep.
I am totally handicapped and I feel my life has halted due to these problems. I am depressed most of the time cause I love working out and being active.
Diagnosis: 7 doctors. A few prescribed physical therapy thinking I have torn groin muscles, a few thought its was epididymitis.
I have been consuming these meds twice a day : IBUPROFEN 800mg , Doxycycline, Tizanidine 4Mg(Zanaflex 2Mg)
And once a day before bed Alfuzosin 10 mg. I have been checked for STDs with a urine test and a sperm culture test as well. All negative for stds.
These meds make me very drowsy and I have trouble concentrating at work.
The pain has remained the same and there has been no difference.
Can some one please help me out urgently. I am desperate for some advice.
