Have you spoken with your doctor or a dermatologist about your symptoms? A medical professional is the only person who can properly diagnose why the skin under your eyes is getting red and dry. There are a number of things that can give your skin a dry and red appearance. You might read this information on rosacea to see if the symptoms listed match any of yours -- many people develop a persistent redness that looks like a sunburn or blush, and it can cause your skin to have a dry appearance. Sun exposure is also listed as a possible trigger for rosacea symptoms.
