What's Happening Now

So we were told to stop it and continue miralax which we have been given him since then till now.
During that time around his anus he got blood and it got cured after applying diaper rash.
Along with Miralax we are giving Duphalac daily and now he is passing poop daily but some times he will have a mild pain and holds it.
Later two weeks again it hurts alot, so this time we were told to give 15ml of Duphalac along with Miralax 1 1/2 cap and change the diet.
So we had cut down rice and started giving Oat bran along with wheat flour.
But still he will have pain once in a day some times and he will hold it. After couple of hours or so, he will poop without any pain.
So now I am worried on the pain why he is getting it some times, even the stools are not harder during this whole process.
So is this really a constipation or should I get it checked to some other specialist ?
Thanks,
Mahesh.View Thread

I blame daycare for this problem, he was told he'd get a sticker if he put his pee in the potty. He did pee in the potty with a new teacher who was not told to give him a sticker if he peed in the potty, so he didn't get one. A couple days later the same teacher told me she isn't sure if he peed or if the child before him peed and didn't flush. So if it was him, again, he didn't get a sticker. I feel they missed a huge opportunity because of their lack of communication, which I've complained about repeatedly. I'm so frustrated and nothing is working to encourage him to do it.View Thread
